We ship only within the US for now. In the future, we plan to ship internationally too.

The delivery date depends on the shipping method you select at checkout. You'll see the delivery timeframe for each shipping method at checkout. For Standard shipping, for example, it's usually 3-4 business days.

When we ship your order, we'll email you a tracking number, which you can use to track your package with our carrier.

We try to process and ship orders quickly. Once we've dispatched your order, we unfortunately can't change or cancel it.

You can instead request a return after receiving your package, and we'll refund you if we accept the request. We don't refund shipping costs (both ways) though. Check our full refund policy to learn more.

You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of purchase. To do so, go to your Orders page or contact us at lizrella@lizrellacreations.com. Be sure to also check our full refund policy.

Most of our jewelry are crafted from high-quality, 18k gold-plated stainless steel, making them durable and elegant. Some pieces also include gemstones like pearls.
